At Vedhascents, we are dedicated to delivering your products safely and efficiently, both within India and internationally. Please review the shipping details below.

Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped through India Post – Speed Post, a trusted and government-operated courier service known for its wide reach across India and abroad.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic (within India):

  • Kerala: 2–3 business days

  • Metro cities (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore): 3–5 business days

  • Other regions: 4–7 business days

International (outside India):

  • Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary based on destination, postal delays, and other unforeseen conditions.

Shipping Charges

Within India:

  • Free shipping on all across India

  • Cash on Delivery is available and free 

International Orders:

  • International shipping charges vary by country, weight, and package size

  • Shipping Charges for international orders are calculated at checkout

Tracking Your Order

Once your package is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS.
Track your shipment at the official India Post website:
https://www.indiapost.gov.in under the "Track Consignment" section.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-availability at delivery, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details provided are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays and Exceptions

Vedhascents is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Natural disasters, lockdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances

  • Public holidays or festivals

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at vedhascents@gmail.com or calling +91 9778416453. Please mention your order number when requesting a cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. In such cases, you may refer to our Refund Policy to initiate a return after delivery.

For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled within the 24-hour window, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
